The Method is designed for teams of 10 to 200 per cohort. Smaller teams get the full group experience; larger organizations typically run multiple parallel cohorts or phased rollouts across departments. We'll confirm the right structure during the scoping call.

The Method is a structured, measured intervention delivered to your team as a unit. We run pre/post diagnostics, track six dimensions session-by-session, and report results to leadership. It's designed to produce a business outcome, not just a perk line item.
We measure four dimensions anonymously – stress, energy, physical discomfort, and morale – through a baseline survey in Week 0 and a post-programme survey after Week 4. Per-session feedback tracks coach quality, calm, energy shift, and physical release. You receive a full impact report within 5 business days of completion, showing pre vs. post shifts, participation rate, and a continuation recommendation.

Pricing scales with team size, delivery format, and location. The 4-Week Method is quoted as a fixed engagement – no hidden per-session fees, no long-term lock-in. We provide a written proposal within 48 hours of the scoping call. Ongoing programmes beyond the initial 4 weeks are quoted separately.
From signed engagement to first session is typically 2 weeks. Week 1 covers logistics, baseline survey rollout, and coach briefing. Week 2 onwards is delivery. Urgent requests can be accommodated with shorter lead times – flag it on the scoping call.
Yes. The Impact Report is built specifically for HR and executive stakeholders – pre/post shifts across all six dimensions, participation rate, session quality scores, and a recommendation on whether to continue, scale, or adjust. All individual responses are anonymous; only aggregate data is shared.
Minimal. We handle coach scheduling, survey distribution, and reporting. On your side: confirm a session time that works for the team, circulate the baseline survey link, and provide a quiet space if delivery is on-site. Typical HR time investment across the full 4 weeks is under 2 hours.
